Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using GymVise, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use GymVise for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Submit false or misleading information
- Distribute malware or other harmful content
- Engage in any activity that could harm our services
- Post abusive, harassing, or objectionable content in chat
- Threaten or intimidate other users or staff
User Generated Content (UGC) & Chat Policy
GymVise provides an in-app chat feature to facilitate communication between gym members, trainers, and staff. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users.
- Reporting & Blocking: Users can block abusive users and report objectionable content directly within the chat interface.
- Content Review: Our moderation team will review all reported messages and accounts within 24 hours.
- Enforcement: Any user found to be generating objectionable content, harassing others, or violating community guidelines will have their access to the chat feature permanently revoked, and their GymVise account may be immediately terminated without notice.
Limitation of Liability
GymVise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
